Our free-range Wilterpole lamb are raised on the lush green pastures overlooking Bushranger’s Bay.
Lamb packs contain a variety of both primary and secondary cuts to ensure the whole animal is utilised. Our animals are processed locally to keep food-miles to a minimum whilst all bones are converted into bio-char to add carbon back into our soils.
Each meat pack contains:
- 4 lamb sausages
- 250gm primary cut such as rack, back-strap or loin
- 500gm secondary cut such as shanks or ribs
- 300gm diced lamb leg
- 300gm lamb mince
