Description
Our free-range Wilterpole hogget are raised on the lush green pastures overlooking Bushranger’s Bay and are processed locally to keep food-miles to a minimum.
Hoggets are a slightly older animal than the ‘lambs’ you see at most butchers shops. The decision to give our sheep a longer life on pasture is both an ethical and economical one – and we believe the flavour is far superior too!
Each meat pack contains:
- 2 x prime cuts such as 4-point rack or fillet
- 1 x 400gm rib piece
- 250gm diced lamb leg
- 1 x 500gm pack lamb mince
- 1 x 400gmgm pk sausages (4 sausage)
