4. Purchases
The consumer guarantees that apply to goods you purchase:
- Goods will be of acceptable quality
- Goods will be fit for a particular purpose
- Goods will match their description
- Any express warranties will be honoured
- You will have title to the goods
Our agreement with you: Our services are available to people residing or staying on the Mornington Peninsula who are able to pick up their produce from our farm gate.
- Our fresh produce will be organic and harvested the day prior to pick up each week.
- If delivery is required please contact Karl Breese on 0422 100 684.
- Cut-offs for all orders is 17:00 AEST on Tuesday prior to farm pick up on Wednesday/Thursday. You may cancel your order at any time prior to this cut-off. Cancellation must be completed by contacting us at [email protected]

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund.
13.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
